Kevvin L. Taylor (he/him) is an award-winning theatre-maker and entertainment management professional. He is the founder and managing director of seek first entertainment (sfe), a company dedicated to producing and developing uplifting, inspiring artistic programming in theatre, music, dance, and film.

Kevvin’s recent independent producing credits with sfe include BLACK WOMEN WALKING, JAMBALAYA, OKRA GUMBO, THE POTS BURNING, and WHERE BLOOD RUNS, STILL.

In addition to his work with sfe, Kevvin has supported several Broadway productions, including SHUCKED, CHICAGO, WAITRESS, and MR. SATURDAY NIGHT starring Billy Crystal. His administrative experience includes roles with Theatre Producers of Color, ASU Gammage, Florida Studio Theatre, Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, and Feld Entertainment’s Disney on Ice.

Kevvin is a proud alumnus of Arizona State University, a recipient of the Phoenix College Living Legend Award, and a recent fellow of both the Black Theatre Coalition and The Broadway League.
